卫星推进系统钛合金管路工艺孔防氧化自动焊接方法步骤如下:( 1 )根据工艺孔尺寸配备中心部位带有微小通孔的工艺堵头,将工艺孔堵住;( 2 )焊前对管路内部通微量惰性保护气体,气体经工艺堵头中心的微小通孔逸出,在工艺孔内壁形成流动的局部保护区;( 3 )将全位置自动焊接设备上的焊管钳置于装有工艺堵头的工艺孔上,利用全位置自动焊接设备的精密焊接电源,大电流短时完成焊接,使焊缝氧化时间大大缩短,焊缝金属凝固迅速。本发明克服了将产品置于抽真空惰性气体保护容器内进行防氧化焊接的局限,可以用于任意尺寸卫星推进系统产品,进行整星级任意部位管路工艺孔的防氧化焊接,已用于包括我国新一代大型通信卫星在内的几十个卫星的焊接。

Anoxidation resistance automatic welding method for a technique hole in atitanium alloy pipeline of a satellite propulsion system comprises thefollowing steps that (1) a technical plug with a tiny through hole in the centeris arranged according to the size of the technical hole to plug the technicalhole; (2) trace inertial protection gas is injected into the pipeline beforewelding, the gas escapes from the tiny through hole in the center of the technicalplug, and a flowing local protection area is formed on the inner wall of the technicalhole; and (3) pipe welding tongs on full-position automatic welding equipmentis placed on the technical hole provided with the technical plug, large-currentshort-time welding is completed through a precise welding power supply of thefull-position automatic welding equipment, thus the weld seam oxidation time isgreatly shortened, and weld seam metal is rapidly solidified. The limitationthat a product is placed in a vacuumized inertial gas protection container tobe subjected to oxidation resistance welding is overcome; and the oxidationresistance automatic welding method can be used for oxidation resistancewelding of whole-satellite-level pipeline technical holes in any part of the satellitepropulsion system product of any size and is used for welding of dozens ofsatellites including new-generation large communication satellites in China.
